- Services: Travel services, hotel bookings, restaurant services, attraction tickets, and related services provided by Us

- Application: Our official mobile application
- Account: A personal account created by the Customer on the Website or Application
- Content: All information, images, videos, and text on the Website or Application
- Transaction: The process of ordering, payment, and service usage
2. CONDITIONS OF USE
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
Customers must meet the following conditions to use the Services:
- You must be 18 years old or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- You must provide accurate and complete information upon registration
- You accept all contents of these Terms of Service
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You COMMIT NOT to engage in the following conduct:
- Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attack, hack, or damage the website/application
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to extract data
- Spam, distribute malware, or spyware
- Engage in harassment, threats, insults, or defamation

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Booking Process
- Customer selects a product/service and enters information
- We send an order confirmation via email
- Customer processes payment
- After payment confirmation, the order is officially created
- We send proof/tickets via email or SMS
3.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applied is that at the time of payment. Any additional fees (service fees, processing fees) will be clearly displayed before payment.
3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Transaction Review & Confirmation Process
Customers MUST complete the following review and confirmation steps before finalizing a transaction:

- You MUST check this box to proceed

💳 Step 3: Confirm Payment Information
- Review the transaction summary: product name, amount, fees, total
- Select or confirm the payment method
- If using a card, confirm the last 4 digits to ensure the correct card is used
- Click the "Confirm Payment" button to proceed (NOT automatic processing)
We provide a clear interface with these 3 confirmation steps to ensure you have a full opportunity to review, supplement, and modify transaction information before submitting your contract proposal.
3.5 Payment Information Security Policy
🔒 Nano Travel Company Limited is committed to protecting your payment information through the following measures:
Encryption and Secure Transmission:
- All payment data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS standard
- A secure connection is established before any payment information is transmitted
- A lock icon 🔒 and "HTTPS" will be displayed when accessing the payment page
Payment Information Storage:
- We DO NOT store complete credit card numbers (16 digits)
- We DO NOT store CVV/CVC codes (security codes on the back of the card)
- Only the last 4 digits of the card are stored for transaction identification purposes
- All payment data is stored on servers protected by firewalls and 24/7 monitoring systems
Processing by Trusted Third Parties:
- Payment information is processed by reputable payment gateways licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam
- These payment gateways comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
- We do not have direct access to the card processing systems of third parties

- You have the right to request deletion of your payment information from our system
- You have the right to access your transaction history

Customer Responsibilities:
- Keep your card number, CVV, password, OTP, and verification codes confidential
- Do not share payment information with anyone, including Company employees
- Check transaction history regularly to detect unusual activity
- Notify the Company or your bank immediately if you detect unauthorized transactions
- Use a computer/phone protected by antivirus software when making payments
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
4.1 Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel more than 30 days before the service date
25% Cancellation Fee: Cancel 15-29 days before service date
50% Cancellation Fee: Cancel 7-14 days before service date
No Refund: Cancel within 7 days or after service date
Note: Some products (group tours, event tickets) may have different cancellation policies
4.2 Cancellation Process
- Customer sends cancellation request via email or live chat
- We confirm and calculate any cancellation fees (if applicable)
- Refund will be transferred to the original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Tickets/vouchers will be cancelled or reissued
4.3 Automatic Refunds
We will automatically refund (100%) in the following cases:
- Service is cancelled due to our error
- Customer is overcharged (incorrect billing)
- Customer used an invalid discount code
- Payment is duplicated
5. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS
5.1 Content Copyright
All Content (images, videos, text, logos) on the Website/Application is owned by Us or licensed partners. You may not:
- Copy, download, publish, or modify Content
- Use Content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or legal notices
- License to others
5.2 Customer Content
If you upload content (comments, photos, videos) to the Website/Application, you:
- Guarantee you own the copyright or have the right to use it
- Grant Us unlimited rights to use the content (royalty-free)
- Bear legal responsibility if you violate copyright
- We have the right to remove inappropriate content
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Services Provided "AS IS"
We provide Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We DO NOT guarantee:
- Services are always available and uninterrupted
- Website/Application is free from technical errors
- Content is accurate, complete, or current
- Services are suitable for your specific purposes
6.2 Liability Limitations
In no event shall OUR LIABILITY exceed:
- The amount you paid for that Service
- Or 100,000 VND (whichever is greater)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Data loss, equipment damage
- Lost revenue or business opportunity
- Indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Third-party failures (payment, delivery)
- Internet outages, power failures, natural disasters
6.3 Exemption of Liability
We are NOT responsible if we cannot provide Services due to:
- Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, epidemics)
- Government bans or restrictions
- Technical failures by third-party service providers
- Actions of customers or third parties

8. VIOLATIONS AND LEGAL ACTION
8.1 If Violations Are Detected
If we detect that you violate these Terms, we have the right to:
- Warn the Customer
- Temporarily lock/disable the account
- Remove violating Content
- Permanently ban the account
- Demand compensation for damages
- Submit the matter to law enforcement
8.2 Complaint Resolution Process
- Customer sends detailed complaint via email
- We confirm receipt of complaint within 24 hours
- We investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- If unsatisfied, both parties negotiate further
- If still unresolved, request court settlement
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
9.2 Jurisdiction: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to negotiate to resolve it. If unresolved within 3 months, the competent People's Court will settle the dispute according to Vietnamese law.
10. INFORMATION ABOUT GENERAL TRANSACTION CONDITIONS

- Customer accesses the Company's website or mobile application
- Selects products/services and provides necessary information
- Makes payment through payment methods provided by the Company
- Receives order confirmation via email or SMS
Direct Transaction:
- Customer may contact directly by phone or visit the Company's office
- Provide information and make direct payment
- Receive receipt or transaction proof
10.3 Validity Conditions of Electronic Transactions
According to Decree 85/2021/NĐ-CP, an electronic transaction is considered valid when:
- Parties have legal capacity: Customer must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
- Consensus: Customer freely and voluntarily chooses to use the service
- Legal content: Transaction does not violate Vietnamese law
- Valid form: Transaction is conducted through methods provided by the Company on the website/application
- Order confirmation: Customer receives confirmation from the Company via email or SMS
10.4 Rights and Obligations of Parties in Electronic Transactions
Customer Rights:
- Be provided with complete and accurate information about products/services
- Conduct transactions safely and securely
- Have personal information protected by law
- Right to cancel orders and receive refunds according to Company policy
- Right to complain or provide feedback about services
- Receive invoices/receipts for transactions
Customer Obligations:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay the agreed amount in full
- Use services for legal purposes only
- Comply with Company regulations
- Keep password and account confidential
- Not use services to harm third parties
Company Rights:
- Provide products/services as agreed
- Collect and process personal data according to law
- Refuse service to customers violating terms

- Lock accounts if obligations are violated

- Protect customer personal information
- Provide clear, easily accessible contact information
- Resolve complaints within specified timeframe
- Provide invoices/receipts for transactions
- Comply with consumer protection laws
10.5 Identity Verification and Information Security
The Company uses advanced security technologies to verify customer identity and protect information during transactions. Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate identification information (ID card, passport if needed)
- Keeping passwords, OTPs, and verification codes confidential
- Not sharing payment information with others
- Reporting immediately if suspicious account activity is detected
11. INFORMATION ABOUT TICKET DELIVERY
(According to Article 33 of Decree No. 52/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2013)
11.1 Ticket Delivery Method
Travel tickets and attraction tickets issued by Nano Travel Company Limited are in the form of electronic tickets (E-Tickets). Customers will receive tickets through the following methods:
- Via Email: Tickets will be sent to the registered email address when booking. Customers must check email (including spam folder) to get tickets
- Via SMS: Confirmation code or ticket download link will be sent to the customer's phone number
- Via Mobile Application: Customers can log into the Company's application to download and save tickets
- Via Website: Tickets can be downloaded from the customer's personal account on the Company's website
11.2 Ticket Delivery Time
The Company is committed to sending electronic tickets to customers within the following timeframes:
- Credit Card / Digital Wallet Payment: Within 30 minutes of successful payment
- Bank Transfer: Within 1-2 business hours after payment confirmation
- Counter Payment: Within 1 hour after completing payment
- Expedited Booking: Within 15 minutes after successful payment
Note: Ticket delivery time is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 - 20:00 and Sunday 8:00 - 18:00 (Hanoi Time). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed during the next business hours.
11.3 Ticket Confirmation and Preservation
Customer Responsibilities:
- Check ticket information immediately upon receipt to ensure accuracy
- Save a copy of the ticket on multiple devices (phone, computer, printed)
- Do not share tickets with others or use them improperly
- Present tickets when requested at service usage points (hotels, attractions, etc.)
- Report immediately if tickets are lost or not received
Company Responsibilities:
- Ensure tickets are sent to the correct email address/phone number
- Support resending tickets if customer does not receive within specified timeframe
- Provide transaction proof / electronic invoice
11.4 Lost Tickets or Not Received
If a customer does not receive a ticket or the ticket is lost:
- Contact the Company immediately via email support@nanotravel.vn or hotline +84 (0)236 3769479
- Provide booking information (ticket code, customer name, booking email)
- The Company will check and resend the ticket within 30 minutes
- If the ticket is lost after partial use, the customer must contact the service usage point for proof
11.5 Request for Printed Tickets
Customers can request the Company to issue printed tickets (if needed) with the following conditions:
- Printing fee: 50,000 VND / ticket set (if not included in service package)
- Request must be sent 48 hours before the service usage date
- Printed tickets will be sent via express delivery (shipping fee paid by customer or included)
- Printed tickets have the same validity as electronic tickets
11.6 Company Responsibility for Electronic Tickets
The Company is not responsible in the following cases:
- Ticket not received due to incorrect customer email or phone number
- Ticket deleted/lost due to customer error (deleted email, deleted message, etc.)
- Ticket cannot be used due to third-party internet service provider technical error
- Ticket forged or used by someone other than the customer who booked
- Customer did not activate the ticket within the specified timeframe
11.7 Ticket Change/Cancellation Policy
Ticket changes or cancellations follow the Company's cancellation policy (see Section 4 - Cancellation and Refunds). When canceling tickets, customers may:
- Receive refund or credit for the next ticket booking depending on policy
- Request changes to service usage date/time (depending on service type)
- Make changes via website/application or contact the Company
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website. Continuing to use the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms combined with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us. If any part is found invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect.
12.3 No Waiver of Rights
Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
12.4 Acceptance Confirmation
By using the Website, Application, or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all these Terms of Service.
